arraymicro's dedicated Design Services team offers you a range of meaningful technical services and design and application supports. With more than 80 expert supplier or technology specific Field Application Engineers in Asia Pacific, the team is committed to devising excellent product solutions and platforms based on both customers' and end product application needs. Additional support is provided in the form of a team of End-System Marketers who focus their efforts on the provision of technical sales kits for developed solutions, platforms and next product generations for multiple customers.

arraymicro Design Services also works closely with a number of qualified local Independent Design Houses (IDH) to cover a wide range of products and segments. Each of the qualified independent design houses that Arrow elects to work with will enjoy our full support in order to ensure each design project undertaken is a successful one.

2. Logistical Service

Over the years, Arrow has made substantial investments in establishing a global distribution network to ensure more efficient processing of orders and more timely delivery of goods through advanced distribution centers and warehouses.

Arrow currently operates two main distribution centers in Hong Kong and Singapore. We also offer four strategically located local warehouses, allowing us to ship products as close to our customers as possible and helping our customers to cut their total distribution costs and delivery lead-times.
